Stephanie Blaisdell is a licensed massage therapist and Certified Whole Health Educator. Her brand-new spa and yoga space is located on the Lamb and Lion Inn's property.  Massages and private yoga classes are available by appointment.

Kriya Relaxation  A deep relaxation massage. A quick escape from reality.  1 hour: $95, 1 1/2hours: $120
Therapeutic Deep Tissue  A combo treatment great for relief of chronic pain and tension.  1/2 hour: $65, 1 hour: $115
Combination Massage  A relaxing Kriya massage interspersed with deep tissue techniques.  1 hour: $105, 1 1/2 hours $125

Hot Lava Stone Massage Heated smooth lava stones and a gentle flowing Kriya massage. Heavenly!  75 minutes: $135.
Happy Feet or Hands Restore those tired ankles and feet or your hands and wrists through massage, hot towels and aroma therapy. Great for pamperring those over worked, unappreciated extremeties.  1 hour; $85
Reiki  A relaxing, light touch, fully clothed session of therapy work. Great for freeing up blocked energy or chi.  40 min: $60

Paraffin Dip  Deeply warming and softening treatment for sore extremities. wonderful for arthritis pain.  $15/dip.

Yoga Bodywork  A massage of stretching and energy work that will leave you loose, relaxed and energized!  $95

Holistic Health Counseling  Get empowered! Examine your lifestyle to target specific areas that are creating disconfort or disease. Stephanie will help you identify issues, develop a plan to reduce overall stressors, improve nutrition, sleep habits, and physical responses to discomfort. this is a deeply therapeutic experience to make your life work better for you.

Private Yoga Bodywork & Movement Classes  Class is designed around your specific issues. Target your tension and release stress through stretching, bolstering, heat therapy, cool therapy, self massage, relaxation and breath work.  $75/person
