Captain John is one of the premier private boat captains on Cape Cod and with over 40 years experience fishing these waters, knows where to reel 'em in! If spin fishing or fly fishing is your thing, his boat, The Grey Ghost, is the perfect way to avoid the crowds, social distance and catch dinner for a poolside grill. Barnstable Harbor Eco Tours

Observe marine life with a naturalist, learn about harbor history and folklore, do some birding, take lighthouse photos and enjoy the northeast's best sunsets, all in one cruise! This is a spectacular 2 hour tour and shoves off just 2 minutes from the inn from Barnstable Harbor.

The Cape Playhouse

America's oldest summer theater is just 15 minutes from the Inn! Why not see one of their amazing productions in this historic setting? Pre-theater dining, the Cape Cod Museum of Art and the historic Cape Cinema (where the 1939 world premier of the Wizard of Oz was shown!) are all within walking distance from the Playhouse. Make it a day, or evening, you won't forget!

Click for a list of events, hikes, seminars, remote island explorations, kayak adventures, lighthouse tours and marine field trips! Long Pasture Wild Life Sanctuary is located just minutes from the inn and there are Mass Audubon trails nextdoor to the inn!

Car buff? There are a couple of fun car museums on Cape Cod. Both have quite an eclectic collection, and both are just minutes from our door! We'll show you how to get to both, as well as other points of interest along the way. Also, don't forget about the massive "Annual Father's Day Car Show" in nearby Hyannis every June!
